Before you email — quick fixes

A tab didn't restore. Chrome blocks extensions from reopening its own internal pages (chrome://), and some URLs expire or break over time. Cairn skips these rather than failing, and tells you how many were skipped.
Keyboard shortcut doesn't work. Another extension may have claimed it — go to chrome://extensions/shortcuts and reassign.
Old-tab detection seems off. Chrome doesn't expose exactly when a tab was opened, so Cairn uses the most recent time you viewed it, falling back to browsing history. Tabs restored from a previous browser session may show unusual ages.
Lost your workspaces. If Chrome's data for the extension was cleared, or it was uninstalled and reinstalled, local storage is wiped — this is why Settings → Export data is worth doing occasionally as a backup.
